Please note that while we aim to process all orders as fast as we can, in order to ensure high quality, it can take up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and relayed to our shipping partner.

1.1 Return Policy: We gladly reprint items for printing or manufacturing errors within 14 days of purchase. Follow these steps before initiating a return:

What can be returned?

Damaged or faulty garments and prints.
Original packaging with no wear or stains.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind, shipping delays, or user errors.
Variances in garment size, choosing the wrong size, or print dissatisfaction.
Order cancellation is not possible once processing begins.

Differences and Tips:

Printing on colored garments results in brighter colors.
Monitors vary; allow a 10% variation in prints and garments.
Digital printing may not match screen printing's vibrancy and longevity.

Approval Disclaimer and Returns Procedure: Verbal agreement, payment, or email approval signals authorization. Customers must check thoroughly before approving. To initiate a refund/reprint, email info@avogroup.com.au with details.

User Agreement and Delivery: All returns must comply with Burnside 5066's user agreement. We aim to meet processing times; delays due to external factors are beyond our control.

Stock Availability and Washing Instructions: We source products upon order; substitutions may occur. Follow washing instructions for garment and print longevity.

Using Burnside 5066 Services and Website:
